Founder and Director of M&A at Northridge Industrial, leading the group’s acquisition strategy across engineering, infrastructure, and technical services. With a hands-on background in engineering and maintenance, Renato began his career in the lift industry before moving into business ownership.
Alexander Plenk, CFA
Financial Director
Senior executive with ten years’ experience as CFO across listed, publicly owned, and Private Equity-backed companies in professional services, banking, and fintech. Alexander led businesses through growth, restructuring, and transactional situations, including funding processes and M&A. Previously Chairman of the Supervisory Board of a German Top-10 asset management firm, with extensive experience on audit, risk, and governance committees. Alexander acts as an Non-executive Advisor to the Northridge Industrial.
